Carers Voice

Carers' Community Network

About The Project

The Carers’ Community Network will create a bank of organisations, who regularly connect with Carers living in East Norfolk & Waveney. The aim of the new network is to reduce Carers’ isolation, increase Carers’ opportunities and overcome barriers Carers may face. Carers Voice intend to do this by sharing information with these organisations for them to share with Carers which they interact with during their daily operations.

 Purpose of the mailing list;

 – Connect organisations and groups based in the East Norfolk and Waveney area

– Raise awareness of Carers and the support available within the local area

– Share information about local activities and events organised by network organisations

– To be invited to attend East Norfolk and Waveney Carer Involvement Meetings.

– Ask for advice, contributions and feedback from network members

– Be kept up to date with local and national developments

– Learn from and share successes

– Be reminded about specific Carer dates for your diary such as Carers Rights Day, Carers Week and Young Carers action day
